Village of Hinckley

The Problem: Proposed developments within the community would exceed the capacity of the thirty year old infrastructure, burden the schools and significantly change the community character.
The Solution: LGS prepared Subdivision Control, Zoning and Landscape Ordinances while assisting in the negotiations of the Annexation Agreements and applicable Impact Fees. Because of current market conditions, these discussions continue. However, the public discussion of future growth has attracted various commercial and industrial inquiries that will significantly add to the community tax base. At the direction of the Village LGS is reviewing certain economic incentives to these users.
